Shipping


In-stock orders ship within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out the following week. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. All stock orders ship from Alberta or Ontario unless otherwise noted. You will be notified if there are any out of stock items and its expected receipt date. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Currier Parcel Service. Once your Order has shipped please allow 1-7 Business Days for Deliver!

Out of Stock / Discontinued Products: BoatToys.ca reserves the right to substitute items that are out of stock / Discontinued for in stock item that are of equal or higher value then the purchased products. This is limited to items that are a very close or exact match but differ in manufacturer and/or material. 

Backorder Policy: 
If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, those items will not be shipped to you until the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. You will not be charged additional freight for backordered items that do not ship with your original order.

*Please note: Item(s) will be shipped in its original packaging to minimize waste whenever possible!

Please indicate if your items needs special packaging (Gifts ect.)

Confirmation on Shipping: 
When your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming your shipment and provide you with your tracking number if available.


International Shipping: BoatToys.ca currently does not offer International Shipping.

Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from BoatToys.ca, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to BoatToys.ca. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

P.O Box Shipping - Some oversized items such as paddle boards, and docks can NOT be shipped to   P.O Boxes, whenever possible please use a street address for timely deliveries, or contact us to arrange shipping to a pick up location. 

 *Certain oversized and Freight Items are excluded from these shipping rates and special shipping rates will apply!
Flat rates do NOT apply to Remote regions where specialized transportation is required ( Airplane, Boat, ect.) 

Shipping Address Options: 
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process. Please make sure that the correct address corresponds to the designated billing and shipping areas on the form.

Lost/Missing Packages:
 BoatToys.ca is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Calculating Your Order Cost in a Foreign Currency
: All prices on our site are listed in Canadian dollars, and charged in Canadian dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
